Olympian & Multi-sport Athlete
As an Olympic athlete, I have experienced both the highs and lows of life in and out of sport. With over 18 years of experience in the fitness world, as well as over 48 World Cup races, and World Championships under my belt, I now want to share my sport knowledge with my clients. My objective is to ensure I help coach you to your best self, so that you can then take this beyond achieving your initial goals, and make it a way of life. Our bodies all function at different speeds; there is not just one program that works for everyone. I believe in being well rounded, starting in the kitchen (we all need to eat a few burgers, sometimes, right?), all the way to the gym; everything in moderation.
I’m grateful to have the opportunity to work together with you on your goals. I am passionate about what I do, and I am here for you. All of my programs are designed to fit your lifestyle; whether you are an athlete looking for some fine tuning, whether you’re brand new to training and don’t know where to start, or are not sure what kinds of goals to set. Are you on the go, or are a weekend warrior, or are a full time mom who doesn’t really want to go to the gym? Do you need direction and someone to keep you accountable, even though you have an idea of what you might want to achieve? Sometimes I spend money on things because it keeps me accountable…and it works. Gym’s can also be super intimidating, and I know that even I don’t want to sweat some days, because it ruins my hair. That’s what I am here for.
I will personally guide you, support you and answer your questions throughout your journey. In return, you are helping me fund my training camps, World Cup races, and my journey to the 2022 Olympic Winter Games.
