This program includes: dry land programming which you will eventually need weight room access for. You must be open to making changes and you have to put the work in. The program only works if you do. I believe in quality over quantity; it’s how we will work together to achieve your results.
Once you purchase the package that best fits your needs, we will have a consultation to determine what you need & want. I will then individualize your program entirely on when your games are, and what your weekly availability is. Don’t worry, you don’t have to skip post-game beers to work out.
